Rack powerbox

After installing the Prinsu rack, I needed to wires to and from the roof rack. So I decided to install a powerbox at the rear of the rack. The box currently powers the side lights, light bar and sends power from the solar panel back to the battery. The box used is a RV/trailer junction box. On the outside of the box I installed an weatherproof SAE connector that serve two purpose – Provides power to the tent for charging and lights – I connect my foldable Renogy solar panels to the SAE plug when I have set up base camp for additional power generation in conjunction with the Renogy panel mounted on the rack.
